Policies
Refund Policy
Please let us know immediately if you are not satisfied with your services so we may best accommodate you. Once services are rendered full payment is required and we will not be able to offer refunds. Due to circumstances regarding the healthy and safety of our staff and clients we will not be accepting returns or refunds on products. Package sales are also final sale and non-refundable.
Package Policy
Prepaid service packages do not expire and are final sale, non-refundable. Additionally, discounts cannot be applied to packages as these prices already reflect a 20% discount on the original service price.
Notification Policy
After booking online clients will be notified via email and text. Clients will receive two additional notifications before their appointment; an email and text 48 hours prior to confirm or cancel the appointment and a reminder text and email 24 hours prior.
Mask Policy
Until further notice all clients must wear a mask to their scheduled appointments. If you do not have a mask, masks will be available for sale for $2. Failure to wear a mask, will result in an appointment cancellation.
Late Policy
A 10 minute grace period is allotted to all clients and we thank you for extending this same grace to Cypress Wax Spa clients and our wax specialist. As of the 11 minute mark you will be considered late and will need to reschedule and you may be charged a cancellation fee of 20% the price of your scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling Policy
We appreciate at least a 10 hour notice to reschedule your appointments or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 20% the price your scheduled appointments. If all time slots are booked at that moment it is best to click the "add to waitlist" button to receive notification of last minute openings.

No Show Policy
All clients will receive two reminders 48 and 24 hours before scheduled appointments via text/email to confirm, reschedule or cancel. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 10 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 20% the price of your scheduled appointment.
Model Policy
All Cypress Wax Spa models are required to fill out the Model Audio/Video Consent form prior to their appointment.
Deleting Services Policy
All scheduled services must be completed at the time of appointment. If you need to remove any services, please do so at least 10 hours in advance to avoid a 20% cancellation fee. The easiest way to reschedule or cancel is either online or through the Vagaro app. If you have any difficulty text us at 832-683-1123 with your full name, date of services and which services you would like to remove.
Children/Guest Policy
Body waxing can begin whenever parent and child are comfortable with it, however Brazilian waxes are never done on anyone under the age of 18. Following suggested COVID-19 protocols, only the person getting services may be in the suite with the wax specialist, with the exception of minors, under the age of 18, who are getting services, they must be accompanied by a parent. Please do not bring any other persons or children into the building as we are limiting the number of people in the spa to those with appointments. Cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to this policy.
Discount Policy
Please note: Limit one discount, deals or special pricing per guest, per visit, and per transaction. Discounts, deals or specials cannot be combined. Additionally, discounts cannot be applied to packages as these prices already reflect a 20% discount on the original service price.
Hygiene Policy
Please practice good personal hygiene, having clean skin and wearing clean undergarments and clothing. Wax adheres best to clean skin and hair free from dirt/debris. An intimate wipe will be provided for use before your appointment. Women: If menstruating a tampon or cup must be in place to receive bikini or Brazilian wax services. Your wax specialist has the right to refuse service if proper hygiene is not followed.
Conduct Policy
CYPRESS WAX SPA HAS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR ANY FORM OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT, INNUENDOS, ADVANCEMENTS, COERCEMENT, SUGGESTIVE BEHAVIOR, OR LANGUAGE, INTIMIDATION, ETC. ANY ATTEMPT IN VIOLATION WILL WARRANT IMMEDIATE POLICE INVOLVEMENT.
